DMCA Policy

Elite AI Skills (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Elite AI Skills website (www.eliteaiskills.online) if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Takedown Notice”)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. The most effective way to do this is by providing the specific URL(s) on our site where the material is located.
  3. Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A Statement of Good Faith Belief: The following statement included in the body of the notice:
    • “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”
  5. A Statement of Accuracy: The following statement included in the body of the notice:
    • “I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
  6. Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Please deliver this complete Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Designated Agent: Jane Nwankwo, Elite AI Skills
  • Email: copyright@eliteaiskills.online

Upon receipt of a valid Takedown Notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion, including the removal of the challenged content from our website.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the Removed Content: Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the content appeared before it was removed.
  2. Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A Statement of Good Faith Belief under Penalty of Perjury: The following statement:
    • “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”
  4. A Statement of Consent to Jurisdiction: The following statement:
    • “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Elite AI Skills may be found), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.”
  5. Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notification is received by our Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Policy on Repeat Infringers

Elite AI Skills takes copyright infringement very seriously. In accordance with DMCA policy, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate the access privileges of any user who is found to be a repeat infringer of copyrights.

Please note that we reserve the right to pursue any and all legal remedies against copyright infringers.
